French toast is also one of my go-to breakfast items, its so easy to make and its delicious as well! Typically french toast is made with white bread, but because I strive to eat healthier I use whole-wheat bread. It’s super easy with not that many steps. Crack an egg, add a splash of milk and some cinnamon then dip the bread in the mixture and place on a heated pan. Cook until done or for about 3 minutes each side on medium heat, top it off with a bunch of fruit or yogurt and you’re done! I love cinnamon so I add a lot in my mixture. You can’t really mess up french toast if you try so its good for beginners. Overall, I am in love with breakfast foods and french toast is definitely in my top 10.
